Site requires a Credit Card to hold your spot in class. Payments are made at studio by cash or check, if you would like we can run your credit card on file but only by request. We also accept payments through Venmo. Please remember we still have a No Show/Cancelation Fee within 24 hours of class. 

Friendly Reminder: All Customers are required to carry in their workout shoes at Insane Fitness. Individuals who do not bring proper sneakers to change into will be denied access in classes. To be prepared for a class bring a water, towel, yoga mat, and weights. We do sell water and yoga mats at studio if need one. Weights are also available if you do not have your own. There are lockers available to store your belonging month to month. Just ask! 

Boot Camp Circuits - A popular interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. These Circuit Classes are designed in a way to be different all the time, and push our participants harder than they would push themselves. Dance Fitness - Easy to follow dance moves combined with a mix of today’s and yesterday’s music hits. This calorie scorching class will leave you feeling great and energized! Nothing better than dancing the calories off! No dance experience is required and beginners are always welcome.

InsanityP90X MashUp - 60 Minute Class with Insanity & P90X MashUp Insanity - A revolutionary cardio- based total-body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training. MAX Interval Training allows a person to beat the "stress adaptation response," which normally happens when your body gets use to exercising at one level of exertion. The result of this is halting your progress on your fitness improvement journey. Muscle Up - With Muscle Up’s combination of interval training and circuit training, you will build lean muscle while kicking your metabolism into overdrive. This total-body athletic conditioning class will work all your major muscle groups while its quick pace keeps you engaged. You’re in control as you dial the intensity up or down during rounds that develop your strength and stamina.

Myofascia Release Workshop - Foam Roll Release classes are a great way to learn how to perform self-myofascial release of trigger points in the muscles. Trigger points are sore spots that form within muscles or tendons. Foam rolling is a way of massaging away muscle soreness in trigger points, and preparing your muscles for deeper stretching. Using the foam roller to loosen the tension in your muscles provides an excellent way of obtaining the benefits of self-myofascial release. Insane Fitness foam rolling classes teach a form of myofascial release that you can also do on your own, using the roller to release muscular tension without needing the help of a massage therapist. Pound - Pound is a full body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a class. Within an hour strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique - all while rocking out to your favorite music!

Row 30/45 - This Row 30 or 45 Minute class is ROW’s cornerstone class, mixing low-impact HIIT (high-intensity interval-training) with strength and mobility work to provide balanced, comprehensive fitness. Equal parts rowing, body weight exercises, and dumbbell work. Great as a supplement for runners, bikers, and crossfitters, or as a stand-alone program. Great for all fitness levels

Row Express - This is a shortened class that is all about maximizing time. Expect to be physically challenged and high off feel-good endorphins. Power Row is a high intensity interval workout that incorporates powerful bursts on the rower and metabolism boosting. You will stay on Rower entire class. Carry In Workout Shoes and bring a Mat.

SH1FT - SH1FT® is 30 minutes of Smart High Intensity Functional Training that allows people of every fitness level to train smarter and stay fit for life.

Use your bodyweight as the tool to develop speed, balance and agility. You'll build athletic fitness as you sweat through simple progressions that work for all fitness levels.

Spin 30 - 30 Minutes on the bike following a strength, endurance or interval ride. Pumping music and a Challenging Ride. The instructor will teach you proper breathing techniques, posture, proper pedal stroke and transitioning. The goal of this class is for the rider to become a proficient and more confident spinner.

Spin 45 - 45 Minutes on the bike following a strength, endurance or interval ride. Pumping music and a Challenging Ride.

Spin 60 - Welcome to the ride of your life – ya better bring a towel because you’re gonna get drenched. The good news is that that sweat represents fat just melting of that body. SPIN 60 is perfect for those days where you just want to break a sweat!

STEPCORE45 - STEP & Core class powers into cardio-oriented step segments that will get your heart pumping and shift your body into its fat-burning zone. Then it’s on to strengthen, sculpt and tone every muscle group. Abs at the end finish off this total body workout. If you want strong legs, and a functionally-fit core, this is the class for you. Tabata & Core - Tabata training is a type of high intensity interval training that follows a specific format: 20 seconds of a very high intensity exercise and 10 seconds of rest. Core-Strength exercises strengthen your core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around your pelvis. Strong core muscles makes it easier to do many physical activities.

Vinyasa Flow - Vinyasa Flow is a beginner and an intermediate class designed for students looking to challenge their body and take their practice to the next level. Students with a foundational practice will practice with intermediate poses, leading to advanced poses while still connecting the mind & body, spirit. 60 MIN.

Weights 30 - Weights 30 Minutes class works your muscles in every way possible. This class is designed to build strength, add definition and increase bone-density. Weights class also focuses on decreasing your body fat by increasing your lean muscle. ZUMBA - A fun, aerobic workout choreographed to various genres of music including Salsa, Barchata, Hip Hop, Reggae, Soca, and Juju. Dance moves vary from low impact to high intensity moves. This is a great cardio workout! Carry In Workout Shoes
